Welcome to the website of All Saints' Church Northampton.
Regular visitors will have noticed that we have now completed
updates to our website. We have introduced an exciting, new,
clean, professional look, which we hope you like.
Within our site, you will be able to access a wide variety of
information including coming events, information about our
music department, the history of the church, where we are
located, information on how to contact us and much more.
We hope you will find our new website informative and we also
hope you return so you keep up to date with current events.
Situated in the centre of the town, the Church is part of the
Parish of All Saints with St Katharine and St Peter in the
Church of England;
|
|
it is
also Northampton's Civic Church. The classical building sits
on the site of a great Norman Church and All Saints ministers
to the needs of a busy town of some 200,000 inhabitants.
The church is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm
365 days a year
and welcomes all
visitors, whether they come to see our beautiful church, join one
of our services or to listen to our renowned traditional Boys and
Men or Mixed-Voice Choir at one of their five weekly Choral
Services. There are also regular recitals in the Church, including
a summer series
"Lunchtime Live" which has been running for a number of
years, and from December 2009 to May 2010 we host the series
"Back to
Bach".
Regular Sunday and daily services supplement the annual
celebrations and commemorations of the historic settlement of
Northampton, to which all visitors are welcome.
Our building is fully
wheelchair accessible and we have a recently refurbished suite of
lavatories at the north end of the Narthex.
Please explore our website and discover more about the Church of
All Saints and its remarkable choirs. |

All Saints,
dedicated to the innumerable company of men and women
whose faith sustained our nation, exists to bring God to
His people and His people to God. Within a caring
community where pastoral sensitivity is crucial, we hope
to promote a traditional Liturgy investing worshippers
with a sense of the dignity and purpose of God's Creation. |
